消声器是指对于同时具有噪声传播的气流管道,可以用附有吸声衬里的管道及弯头或利用截面积突然改变及其他声阻抗不连续的管道等降噪器件,使管道内噪声得到衰减或反射回去。前者称为阻性消声器,后者称为抗性消声器,也有阻抗复合式的消声

适用优先域

新型高效抗喷阻型系列消声器设备被广泛使用于发电、化工、冶金、纺织等工业厂矿中用于各种型号锅炉、汽机排汽;风机;安全门等设备的消声降音。该系列消声器是根据抗、喷、阻复合消声原理所研制,具有消声量大、体积小、重量轻及安装方便无检修等诸多优点。

1、适用于各类蒸汽安全阀用的TA型蒸汽安全阀消声器

适用于电站锅炉安全阀(动力释放阀)、锅筒安全阀及过热器安全阀、再热器安全阀等压力装置的安全门。其蒸汽放空既应避免过大的噪声,更应让汽流顺利排出而不影响安全阀的排量、起跳和回座,为此,以往常见的多级节流及小孔喷注的消声降音手段即不宜采用,这种限制历来是安全阀消声器的设计难点,也是安全门消声器消声效果差的原因。新型用于安全阀的TA型安全阀排汽消声器采用了喷阻抗复合型消声原理,其中以大孔扩容代替了直径较小的控流孔,在结构上更加强化了抗性和阻性消声降音机理,达到了安全系数更高的消声降噪效果。

2、适用于锅炉等蒸汽设备的TB型点火排气消声器

TB型锅炉点火排汽消声器综合了PB型排汽(气)消声器比较合理的消声原理所设计。高压蒸汽在消声器内经一次控流后进入降压体,经大容积再次扩容降压后,往往会因排汽偏离设计值等诸多原因,使排气噪声仍然高于标准值。为此,在降压体外设计了组合型多材料复合结构的阻声吸音罩,复合阻声吸音罩是根据降压体所喷出的剩余噪声的频谱特性所设计,用以有效地吸收剩余噪声。当用户按要求安装后,总消声量可达36~42分贝。

3、适用于各类低温低压热力装置的TD型低压蒸汽消声器

在各工矿企业使用着大量0.13Mpa及以下的低压锅炉,在电站热力系统中也有着大量的低压热力装置,如背压式汽轮机、除氧器、辅助抽气器、汽轮油泵、锅炉连续排污、定期排污等。上述设备按排汽管要求,配置结构轻便、安装更为方便的消声器。针对不同的消声对象,设计有专用的TDb型背压式汽轮机排汽消声器、TDy型除氧器消声器及其它系列消声降音产品,可满足用户的要求。

4、适用于锅炉试车吹扫及工业管道安装检修后的TC型冲管专用消声器

TC型管道冲管消声器,是为降低电站锅炉试车吹扫时冲管管道出口杂物排出及废气排放产生的噪声而研制开发的一类专用型排气消声降噪设备。也可用于其它工业管道和民用管道安装或检修后冲管消声降音及清除杂物。

5、适用于管道排放气体用的PB系列小孔喷注消声器

PB系列小孔喷注消声器系九十年代研制、开发的新一代降噪产品,它根据小孔降压喷注消声的原理,通过优化设计,其降噪指标、安全性能和使用寿命远优于市场上同类产品,可更好的满足电力、冶金、石油、化工、纺织、造纸、食品等工业的低压、中压、次高压、高压、超高压、亚临界等参数的各种锅炉、压力容器管道排汽(气)放空及其安全阀、释放阀排汽(气)的降噪需要。

6、适用于通风管道用的CF型风机消音器
